Cardale Garage Doors

Cardale is a privately-owned British garage door manufacturer, based in Luton, Bedfordshire. Cardale manufacture steel up and over garage doors and their own lifting gear. Cardale up and over doors can come in numerous different finishes and colours, standard sizes or made-to-measure. Cardale used to own Wessex garage doors, to whom they still sell their high quality canopy and maximiser retractable lifting gear. Cardale maximizer gear is cleverly designed to maximise the drive- through width at the widest point of a car i.e. at wing mirror height. Cardale also make and offer steel fixing frames, if required, which make the garage door installation quick and easy. Cardale manufacture the Thermaglide roller door and the Steel-line roller door. The Thermaglide is made from foam-filled aluminium slats, is made-to-measure and automatic, as standard. The Cardale Steel-line is a strong, plastisol-coated roller which can be manual or automatic.

The Cardale ABS door, up and over or side-hinged, is a satin white door which is an ideal match to uPVC doors and windows etc. It is tough and flexible and has a 10 year guarantee against fading in the sun. It’s brilliant white finish will not yellow, like some doors do. Crisp panel detail and multi-point locking on request make these a popular choice of door.

Timber doors from Cardale are made from cedar and cedar faced plywood. As with their range of GRP garage doors, they are all made-to-measure to your specific sizes. Available in numerous fully-finished colours.
