S. J. Roberts builders, based in Marton Nr. Welshpool contacted us (Arridge Garage Doors Ltd) a couple of years ago to supply and install the garage doors at their development at Sweet lake Meadow, Longden Road, Shrewsbury, Shropshire. The development is almost finished, with all doors installed.
The doors supplied were a mix of Garador steel up and over doors, Carlton Vertical Rib and Garador Salisbury with windows at the top. Some doors were manual, some were auto fitted with Hormann Promatic and Hormann Supramatic motors.
S.J. Roberts decided to purchase the doors in standard white powder coating and actually sprayed the doors on site in various colours after installation. They left the frames in white, which is a popular feature at the moment. This is mainly due to clients wanting to match their composite front doors which have coloured panels and white frames.
