It must be about two years ago that I had my two manual garage doors replaced, by electrically operated ones, by Arridge.
The new ones were chosen, with helpful advice, and appeared fairly promptly. They were fitted over a couple of days, and
have proved to be exactly what I needed. They work as well now as when they were brand-new, and look just as smart.
They fit well, are insulated, operate smoothly with remote control and provide a good level of security. The price was quite
reasonable. I would recommend Arridge to anyone as a good firm to work with, and I have no criticism to offer. 5 stars!

Good Day ALL at Arridge Garage Doors.
Our Garador "Up & Over" garage door was 50 years old and apart from replacement cables and a Spring Cassette over the door had served us very well but in April
started to have other problems. Time to change it we thought and so began to investigate what else was now available as a replacement.
Not being particularly enamoured by local garage door suppliers we looked on Google and discovered Arridge Garage Doors.
We were immediately impressed with your knowledge of the various products, your friendliness and professionalism and your desire to help the prospective customer;
your web site was a mine of information and advice, proving extremely useful and guiding in helping us to make our final decision and subsequent order placement.
The fitters installed the new door on May 16th and now, within days of June 16th we are extremely pleased with our month old garage door. No pushing and shoving the old up/over, just pressing a button!!

Mark, following our phone conversation you arranged for me to receive a replacement handset for my garage door, which had an obsolete Stanley transmitter/receiver.
I just wanted to let you know that the handset arrived this morning, I programmed the DIP switch and it works perfectly. In fact it looks identical to the last handset. They even included the battery.
I'm delighted, particularly in view of the money I've saved by not replacing the whole shebang. I wanted to thank you very much for your help and advice.

Having had the two garage doors fitted today I would like to say that I am extremely pleased with the product you recommended and which the fitter endorsed on his pre fitting visit, they look and operate even better than I had hoped for. I didn’t expect to have internal courtesy lights or to be able to connect further outside courtesy lights to the control panel, both a welcome bonus. The fitter is superb at his trade and made sure I was fully briefed on the mechanisms and operation before leaving site, a beautifully finished job.

A brief email to say how pleased we are with the door.
It has weatherproofed our garage keeping out the wind and rain. The door's insulation has drasticly improved the temperature, particularly noticeable as the sun used to make it like an oven. Probably the biggest benefit, for us retired folk, is no longer having to wrestle the up and over door - something my wife found very difficult. Also removing the occasions in strong wind when the door would be blown down when moving the car in or out; in our case on one occasion shredding the aerial.
My main concern was how practical a powered door would be in a small garage - the answer turns out to be very.
