All Hormann Rollmatic doors are made to measure in Germany, with the guide channels, box enclosure, end plates and door curtain all colour matched in the chosen colour.
The 77mm deep, 16mm thick Aluminium slats have a rigid foam core and a smooth convex front.
Brush seals in the guides and a deep bottom edge rubber minimise draughts.
The wind locks which prevent the door being pushed out of the guides by high wind or forced entry achieve upto Class 5 wind load resistance on doors upto 3500mm wide, Class 4 wind load resistance on doors upto 4500mm wide, and Class 3 wind load resistance on doors upto 5000mm wide.
Integrated steel mechanical door security locks the door down in the closed position and prevents the door being pushed open from outside.
Delivered on a pallet for installation directly from the pallet.

Hormann Rollmatic Automatic Insulated Roller Garage Door
The Hormann Rollmatic is a made to measure product. It’s stated sizes are guide-to-guide width and floor to underside of box height.
The guide channels are 100mm wide on all doors.
The roller box enclosure is 290mm x 290mm on doors UPTO 2300mm high
The roller box enclosure is 335mm x 335mm on doors OVER 2300mm high
Rollmatic door should be fitted onto the back of the brickwork aperture where possible. It can also be fitted in the opening (between brick piers and under the lintel) when needs be.

When fitting the door under the lintel and the front face of the box enclosure shows as a facia Hormann recommend a Reinfoced Facia.
